This is a rather long review but the short of it for those who don't want to read is that you should absolutely work with Benny. I will be recommending her to anyone I know and if I am buying or selling in the future I will not even be considering someone else.

Working with Benny on my first home purchase could not have been a better experience. Benny took the time to understand my needs and wants right from the beginning and outlined in an easy to understand format the steps I would need to take to go from looking to buying so there were never any surprises. She was able to take my feedback to quickly refine our search to ensure that no time was wasted and there were plenty of options to choose from. She was also able to make introductions to all the necessary people we would need to engage with along the way but never pressured us into using them. This was a running theme with Benny, she was super easy to work with and there was never any feeling of being pressured into anything.

Once I had settled on a property she immediately reached out to the seller and was unbelievably responsive with our negotiations to ensure we did not lose the deal. Throughout the entire process Benny worked tirelessly to ensure everything was on track, acting as a point of contact for all the various groups at every step while simultaneously ensuring that I was comfortable and happy with how things were progressing. She was so diligent in her process that when our lawyers (we didn't go with her recommendation) forgot to send critical documents (at a critical time) to our mortgage broker she had already done it, saving me some stress but more importantly late penalties.

To say Benny went above and beyond would be an understatement. She was always gracious in helping me to understand things, always addressed my concerns quickly and in a respectful way, and showed genuine care in making sure I was happy. I don't think I ever wait more than 30 minutes for a response, I don't know how she did it. Even today, long after closing, she has been checking in to make sure I am still happy with my purchase (which I am).
